## Our summary

DEMOQED was the MoQ Alliance's Media over QUIC conference, held at the Alamo Drafthouse in San Francisco during SF Tech Week, in place of Demuxed, which is taking 2026 off. The Alliance is a group of companies and open-source projects that ship MoQ: protocol work stays at the IETF, and the Alliance focuses on applications, deployments and demos. The program included Meta on shipping MoQ for Instagram and Facebook Live ingest, Cloudflare's Mike English, Akamai's Will Law, Katana Video on the state of WebCodecs, Daily benchmarking MoQ against HLS by livestreaming a LaserDisc, Evolve Robotics on MoQ beyond media, scaling the OpenMOQ relay, and voice AI with MoQ, plus lightning talks.
