# About us

Tatolab LLC is a software company based in North Carolina. We build Tatolab, which turns anything into a realtime stream and lets you decide exactly who can reach it.

## Team

### Jonathan Fontanez, Founder

I've been building software for twenty years, and for most of that time I've been hooked on one problem: moving live data across a network fast enough that it still feels live.

Before Tatolab I was CTO of a realtime live streaming company. I've led the teams behind streaming systems, and built realtime AI applications for multimodal media, from broadcast video to drones.

Tatolab comes out of that work. On project after project, the hard part was the same: getting a live stream across the network and controlling who could reach it. Tatolab is the tool I kept wishing I had.

## North Carolina roots, a global team

Tatolab was founded in North Carolina, and that's still home. The team we're building is global.
